So as I said in the nonsense post - I got the old computer back up and running. I don't really take credit for this, although I do feel it is a direct effect of the positive karma I put out to the world.

But tonight I hooked up a wireless router in my house. This may sound like an easy task to 95% of you, but for me this was a long, grueling process of wires, cords, cables, cards, disks and then figuring out how to get the computer to recognize all this crap. Well, 3 hours, 3 beers and 1 dominos delivery later....I DID IT! I got the damn thing to work.

I admit I had 1 whiney call to mothership and 1 whiney voicemail I left to Cyber, but in the end I did it all by myself

I am now convinced there is no need for men in life except for sex, procreation and working on cars. However, after pondering this for the last 20 minutes I decided there are vibrators, lots of adoptable babies in China and great female mechanics.

But who is actually going to build your computer for you?
