I'm shocked in the lack of views and replys recently on Websavey. You would think that after Greg spent so much time updating this site that more members would comment on or start up new threads/articles.

I came across a situation to where I wanted to do something like an StructFind(), but for a query and I didnt want to loop through it. We know that a Query is returned as a ResultSet, but did you know it was an Array? Knowing this, you can do something very easy to find a value of a record within a resultset.
QueryName["ColumnName"].indexOf("StringToFind") + 1
Since this returns the indexOf, you need to add 1 to it. If its not found, ...

So, in case you have'nt heard Greg and I have adopted a Baby Bearded Dragon (BBD). His name is Norbert (after Hagrids pet dragon in Harry Potter) but we tend to call him Little Dude. I originally got him for my classroom. The students had 4 choices and the BBD was the one that won the votes. Little did I know how much work and money goes into this little dude. He eats live crickets and greens and chopped up fruit. He is a complete joy and now Greg doenst want me to bring him to school on Monday for the kids to check him out. But, I originally got him for them ofcourse so I have decided to bring him home on the weekends so Greg can spend time with him. ...

This coming week is SPIRT WEEK at my work/school. I volunteered to be one of the two seventh grade Captains. In other words my job is to get the seventh grades more pumped than any other grade so we ultimately win the Color War on Friday. Does anyone have ideas on how I can make my outfits stand out on the themed days listed below. After the week ends I will make sure to attach pics so you can see the SPIRIT i rocked. :) ...

Websavey has a new website! It's been many months in the making and has taken a great deal of time from many people [note: Greg Silver was the only person that developed this site.]. We chose ColdFusion 8 as our development language and have transitioned all the data from our old website over to a shiny, new extremely fast server [note: It's the same server and as of this writing, the data has not been transferred]. The road to this new site has been long and rocky at times. Read more to hear the story of what we did and how we did it.
